Platform UNKNOWN when syncing on Pavlovia

Platform unknown usually means there is an error which stops the index.html file from being created.

Can't launch Psychopy study on Pavlovia

URL of experiment: Foreign Characters Recognition Task [PsychoPy] (pavlovia.org) Description of the problem: I can run the experiment on Psychopy just fine, but it won’t open when I launch it on Pavlovia, it’s just stuck there in blank. I can’t pilot it either. I use Windows 10 and Psychopy Builder (v2022.2.5). Also, when I upload the experiment, it appears as UNKNOWN in the Software Platform category. Please help, I am desperate!! Error 404 - previous options did not work

I am extremely new to Pavlovia, but I have tried as many of the currently available solutions for this error as I can and am no longer sure how to proceed. I have uploaded my experiment (which works perfectly in the builder) to Pavlovia. When I try to pilot it, I get either a 404 or 403 error.
