Apologies if this query is misplaced, but I’ve forgotten my Pavlovia password and have been unable to retrieve/recover/reset it. When I click the “Reset password” button, I do not receive an email at the specified address; yet when I try to create a new account with the same address, I am unable to owing to the address already being in use. I have tried multiple times over the past week or so, so assume it is not just a time-delay issue (and have repeatedly checked my Spam folder…). If anyone has any suggestions concerning how to resolve this issue, I’d love to hear them; my only idea at present is “sign up using a different email address”, but I’d prefer to avoid that if possible.
