Just to confirm, as stated in the email sent a few days ago, Pavlovia.org will be offline for maintenance for much of tomorrow (Sunday 29th) while we migrate it to a more substantial hardware.
Apologies for the inconvenience, but you should not attempt to run further participants until the system goes back online (roughly tomorrow afternoon, assuming testing goes well).
We’ll announce back here when the migration and testing are complete.
Don’t worry, we’ll ensure your data are maintained in the transition, and kept secure throughout
We’re making progress rapidly. A few more tests to do but the migration seems to have gone smoothly. We’ll be with you in due course, but do hold off trying to sync experiments etc for now as it won’t work
Thank you for the update. Now this issue (which was resolved a few days ago) is happening again: Fail to pass url parameters. Basically, the URL is not being saved in the CSV file name or in the column “participant” but rather it is saving as a column name and nowhere else.
In order to set the duration of an image as a variable, I extracted the duration of each item, included it within the spreadsheet as a variable: $duration, and input that variable name into the duration field within the image. It works well on builder offline, but it doesn’t work online.
The error message as following:
Unfortunately we encountered the following error:
TypeError: Assignment to read-only properties is not allowed in strict modeTry to run the experiment again. If the error persists, contact the experiment designer.
Unfortunately, one of my experiments which was working fine before this weekend doesn’t work anymore. The pavlovia plugin for jspsych fails to load, showing this error message:
