Pavlovia data from Prolific log.gzs instead of individual csvs +messed up database

I have a study on Pavlovia that I piloted today, recruiting participants from Prolific. Previously, when I piloted the study on Pavlovia, I could download individual csv-s. The colums were in proper order. Now, when I try to download the individual csv-s, I get only log.gz files, for some reason, thatI just cannot open, in any way. When I try to download the database what I get is a completely messed up thing that is extremely hard to read. Columns that should be adjacent are all over the place, the different participants’ data are intermixed (data for one block for participant X then the data for one block for participant Y..then switches back…) Plus it includes not only those who finished the study but also those who just started and then were cancelled (at the consent or the screening scale). I marked Save incomplete results and Save periodically. The study ends with a url redirect to Prolific. I would really need the individual csv files. What shall I do to get those? Also, the database files seems to include the debriefing survey responses (last section) fro only one participant, despite participants are redirected to Prolific only after filling those.

Check the “data” folder in the GitLab repository. You can get to the repository for your study by going to the study dashboard and clicking “show code”.

If there are no CSV files there, check the end of the log files, which you first need to decompress (macs can do this automatically, I think 7zip can do it for Windows) and it will give you a .log file, which can be opened with a log reader (which macs have built-in, not sure about Windows). The logs may include an error message that says something about the data upload.

One of my students is having what sounds like it might be a similar issue with missing some data from the study when using a prolific redirect at the end, but he gets csv files, just many of them are blank.
