Description of the problem:
I am running an online experiment. I can not get adequate data in csv format, although the credit is been used, it is written that credits have been consumed, although the experiment is in the running mode, and although we have the proof that respondents were complete experiment to the end, and although we have enough credits.
When download I just have ~50 log zipped files.
Are you saving in database format? If so, then the data can only be downloaded from the project page.

Yes, the database is marked.
But unfortunately, when I enter into the project data file, and try to download them, I still only find log.oz files, and non .csv files.
Hope that there will be some solution. It is about 50 responses.
When you download the data from the project page it should be a compressed file containing two folders, csv and db. Your data should be a single file in the db folder.
