Not able to activate experiment

I have a project runs with no problem on Psychopy3, however after I click on the sync button in Psychopy3 and create a new project on Pavlovia. I am not able to activate the project. By clicking on the activate button, nothing happens. The project stays inactivate.

Does anyone has any ideas?

Is your experiment a valid experiment created in Builder? If you have not created your experiment in Builder, exported the HTML and synced to Pavlovia, chances are you cannot activate your experiment because it has not been built in a way that is compatible with Pavlovia.
