No file (excel or csv etc.) in data folder when I download from the site

URL of experiment: HD_IntRear_test3.0 [PsychoPy]

Description of the problem: This was not an issue in the past or recent few trials with the test, but for some reason when I had two participants take this post-test online today, I could not find their results when I downloaded the data from pavlovia later. The folder that downloads is empty.

Same. From last year, I have been doing Experiments and working well. However this year I coudn’t find my participans’ resultfiles. By chance, I found them in another folder!! I really don’t know the teason.
