Empty Excel File

Hello Everybody!

I wanted to download the data from my online experiment. However, I saw that no data was stored in the excel file of a test person (it has a size of 0 Kb). It was the first participant who particpated after the saving problem around March 11th, 2020. Why did this error occure, and is there a way to get the data?

From the info I can’t be sure what caused it (but conceivably, yes, it was the point where the disk ran out of space. Assuming there wasn’t a log file saved either, I’m afraid there isn’t anything that can be done to retrieve that subject’s data
