Experiment won't play, stuck on "initializing" in Pavlovia

Hello! I am a beginner in Psychopy and I’m helping to work on an attentional bias experiment. My issue is that when I play the experiment within Psychopy it opens to a black screen and then quits with no error message. I tried importing into Pavlovia with the hopes that it would work further but when I try to pilot it there I get a “Initializing” message that persists for long periods of time.

There are several threads on the forum relating to the ‘initializing experiment’ page and how to approach this situation.

May I recommend that you consult these pages, from there you will be able to retrieve a more specific error message that will be more helpful for problem solving and seeking help.
