Error when saving data on Pavlovia

Description of the problem: I try to post this again. I have been running the experiment for 3/4 days now and a lot of participants complain that they arrive at the end and an error appears, saying that their data cannot be saved.
Any suggestion?

What sort of participant numbers are you asking them to use? There seem to be a lot of fore slashes in the data file name.
