Hi, I am hoping to get some advice re. an error message that I have been receiving this evening. I have been using GitHub desktop to push changes to my experiment and I have been trying to pilot this online the experiment is running fine and has been saving ok up until today. The data isn’t saving in the usual ‘data folder’ when pulled off pavlovia- and Ive not made any changes relating to the saving of data. The only change that I have made is switching from Pilot to run, but I am still piloting as my experiment is awaiting acceptance. When I pilot the experiment, I can see the number of responses increases in complete responses, and I get a csv file that automatically appears in my downloads (with the complete response from today). However, when I try to download the data file, the new csv file isn’t appearing. The previous files are there, from yesterday and previous days but nothing is pulling through from today.
Ive been getting this error message on and off this evening. I am wondering if there is something wrong with my setup, or it is a Pavlovia issue?
Error fetching information about the experiment

If the error persists, contact Pavlovia’s administrator.
“error”: “authentication error: 502: GitLab is not responding”,

“httpStatusCode”: 401
}
Thanks so much in advance, any advice or suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks,
Lex.
