Cannot unzip data downloaded from database/no data folder in gitlab

Description of the problem:
A CSV file can automatically download when the subject finishes the experiment in the pilot phase. However, the zip file downloaded from database is 0 byte, and unzipping only generates a cpgz file, which suggests that the zip file may be damaged. Besides, there is no CSV file under the data folder in gitlab.
I would really appreciate any suggestions or ideas about this problem.

Hello @roooka,

I have just piloted your experiment. I pressed the space bar a few times and then the escape key. I got the following .csv automatically downloaded by the browser.
All seems to be well on my end.
Would you mind giving it another try? On which operating system and browser are you experiencing difficulties?

Thank you for the prompt response.

I checked the experiment again and realized that the problems I encountered should be some characteristics specific to the pilot phase. In the running phase, downloading results from the database is perfectly working!
