Unable to open downloaded results in zip file

URL of experiment: Pavlovia

Description of the problem: I am piloting my experiment and would like to see the results file. But, the downloaded zip file is zero bytes and I receive an error message when I try to open it. Any ideas as to how to get around this issue?

When you pilot no data is saved on the server. An individual file is saved locally at the end of the experiment. It’s possible that this may not work when you have database turned on instead of CSV, though I’m not 100% sure on that point.
