Cannot access data

Description of the problem:

Hi all,

My experiment runs nicely, just when I try to download the data from my dashboard I get the following error:

“No information available for this experiment: it may not exist or you may not have access to it.”

Does anybody know what might be going on here? I’m very much a newbie.

Hi @kab82, as an alternative, you could sync your project from the Builder interface, and that will pull the data down to your computer.
