"Unknown resource" error for .wav and .mp3 files

URL of experiment: Pavlovia

Version: 2022.2.1

Description of the problem: The experiment works fine on my computer, but it is unable to find the sound files when I upload the experiment to Pavlovia.

All the sound files are in the resources file within the html file automatically exported when I uploaded the program. I also added all the sound files in the “Additional Resources,” but this did not work. I also tried switching all the sound files from wav format to mp3, but that also did not solve the issue.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

PsychoPy 2022.2.1 does not make use of the html-folder. See here how to solve the problem:

Since experiments don’t work in PsychoPy 2021.2 onwards if they have ever had an html folder, I assumed that forking an existing experiment with one wouldn’t work either. However, following a suggestion from @Becca, I’ve discovered that it is actually very easy. Fork the experiment. Search and sync from Builder.
