I am using psychopy to time cost for reading-based task… although I did all processes correctly, the results on excel-sheet appear unclear.
HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?

what do you mean by unclear? It is simply the case that Excel did not split up the csv in columns because it did not recognize the comma as column separator.

Data → Get Data–>From Text/CSV–>Select file–>Import and then if prompted choose comma as the delimiter.
