The application doesn’t start

Hi,
We did a fresh install of psychopy but it quits when we run it. We have deleted the 2 following files :
~/.psychopy2/appData.cfg
~/.psychopy2/userPrefs.cfg

Here is screenshot of the error message on the console.

What version did you install?
And was this using the regular standalone installation?
Looks like you’re on a mac. What version?

Hi Jon,

I have installed the recent version for Mac OSX with the following link:

• Download StandalonePsychoPy-1.84.2-OSX_64bit.dmg

I am on macOS Sierra version 10.12.1

I have no idea!
Do you see the splash screen appear? Any other windows become visible?
Does the icon stay visible in the dock when it crashes?
