URL of experiment: Gesichter [PsychoPy]
Description of the problem:
Hi, I’ve uploaded an experiment, built with the builder. I already have a bunch of participants but most of them seem to abort their experiment and then an empty .csv file is created (although I ticked that incomplete results should be saved.)
I think many of them do the experiment on their mobile phone, are there any restrictions?
Also, I asked participants to fill in there initials but those files are saved as PARTICIPANT_name of the experiment_date.csv and are empty.
any ideas? because it is very exhausting to have found participants but their data unsaved…
