Description of the problem:
Hello, I would like to assign credits that I bought with my account to my student but everytime I get an error.
my username : Neper
my email : helene.dumont@uclouvain.be
My student’s username : eutshibambe
her email adress : eunice.tshibambe@student.uclouvain.be
" >>> mismatched groups: a designer can transfer credits to another designer either from one of his or her groups, or in the same email domain, and that domain cannot be a generic one (e.g. gmail.com)"
this is the error I get and I fear it is because her email domain is @student.uclouvain.be and not @uclouvain.be
How could I solve this?
