I’m trying to transfer credits to collaborators. My email is at mit.edu. Two of the collaborators used non-mit email addresses to sign up for Pavlovia, but they have mit addresses as well. But when one tried to change her Pavlovia email address to her mit address, I still couldn’t transfer credits to her. Is there anything we can do besides creating new accounts for them?

Not yet. I haven’t actually had to make the transfer yet. We’ll probably just end up making new accounts or something.
