Problem wit experiment results on Pavlovia

Description of the problem:

We have recently set the above exeriment to “running” and tested the first participant yesterday. Beforehand I bought 120 credits and assigned them to the experiment. However, after finishing the participant, Pavlovia did not store any data and also did not take a credit from my account. Have we done anything wrong??

Since we are somewhat runnign out of time, we need to urgently start data acquisition. Thus I would be grateful for some assistence concerning this issue.

Did the participant see the green headed Thank you for your patience message?

Did they see any error messages?

Hi Carter,

we definitely did not get an error message. And as far as my student remembers, there was something lilke a success message after finishing the experiment.
However, on the experiment page it says that the experiment has been aborted, but this was definitely not the case.

The most likely explanation is that the student closed their browser tab or hibernated their computer too early. I’d recommend another test.
