Description of the problem:

When i try to run my study, I get this error:

[jspsych-pavlovia plugin 2020.5] Error

  • when opening a session for experiment: sle64/sequence_playback
  • when opening a session on the server
  • one or more documents require approval

On my experiment’s dashbard I get the following:

This experiment is covered by a license. Some documents are still waiting to be approved by the license manager. You can pilot your experiment but participants will not be able to run it until all documents have been approved:

  • IRB Approval: approval pending

How do I resolve this issue so I can begin running subjects again?

I’d guess you should approach your IRB contact for approval?

Yes, thank you – this is my first experience with you guys. Contacted my institution’s pavlovia admin and they resolved it quickly.
