Movie files won't load

URL of pilot: Time_test_no_key [PsychoPy]

Description of the problem:
I have a time estimation experiments using naturalistic videos. The experiment runs well locally but when I put it online It says it hasn’t found my video stimuli.

I have the html file on my folder and I have used forward slash to indicate the subfolder the videos are in.

  • when setting the movie of MovieStim: movie
  • when getting the value of resource: videos_stim\video_6_Sub_02.mp4
  • unknown resource

I have no idea what the issue could be anymore.
