Lapsed license from the previous institution attached to my account

URL of experiment: Pavlovia
URL of information sheet survey: Pavlovia Survey 2024.2.0

Description of the problem:
I moved Universities a few months ago and changed my GitLab/Pavlovia emails to get added to the new institutional license. Still, Pavlovia keeps bringing up the old, now lapsed, institutional license and stops experiments from running. In this instance, the experiment almost always appears under the new license but the information sheet “survey” appears under the old one, and the whole thing doesn’t work.

What is the easiest way to fix this? Thank you!

Are you using the same computer?

Have you logged out of your Pavlovia account and back in again?

Is the information correct in your users jspn file?

  • Different computer, issue persists on and off campus
  • Have logged out and in many times
  • Email is correct (new uni) in users.json, not sure if maybe something is there that shouldn’t be?
