I tried to install the standalone version (1.85.1-win32) for Windows 10, but when the installer is extracting the files there’s a moment when the installer says “Error opening file for writing” and shows the file and its location. So I select the Ignore option to continue installing the program. There are many moments where this happens.
During the installation process, it says that cannot open the next files:
“C:\Program Files (x86)\PsychoPy2\Lib\site-packages\psychopy\iohub\devices\eyetracker\hw\sr_research\eyelink\python26\pylink\msvcr71.dll”
“C:\Program Files (x86)\PsychoPy2\Lib\site-packages\psychopy\iohub\devices\eyetracker\hw\sr_research\eyelink\python27\pylink\msvcr71.dll”
“C:\Program Files (x86)\PsychoPy2\Lib\site-packages\pylink\msvcr71.dll”
“C:\Program Files (x86)\PsychoPy2\Lib\site-packages\wx-3.0-msw\wx\gdiplus.dll”
So I skip the files and the installer simply closes without finishing the process.
I tried to install it in both my SSD("C:") and HDD (changing to "E:")
Even when I put manualy those DLLs in those locations, nothing happens next.
