Help with Missing Data recovery

Hi,
I’m running an experiment with the Pavlovia URL through the Prolific website, and I can’t find the data (on Pavlovia) of 2 participants that according to Prolific submitted the experiments.
That is, according to the Pavlovia, only 33 participants finished the experiment (and I have the csv files for them) instead of 35, as it should be, so I have a lack of 2 participants.
What can I do to recover the data? Is this even possible?

If your experiment on Pavlovia only shows 33 participants then that’s all the data you have, I’m afraid.

How to participants get to Prolific? Do you show them a code on screen or use the redirect link?

What version of PsychoPy?

Do you have periodic saving turned on?

Is the redirect link only in Completed URL and not also in Incomplete URL?

I am using the 2023.2.3 version.
I don’t have periodic saving, but the incomplete saving is turn on.
