Failure in uploading participant's results to the server

URL of experiment: https://pavlovia.org/fdick/threshold-probe-signal

Description of the problem:

Similar to the problem described previously (Impossible to send results to the server), today my participant also complained to receive the error message like this after completing all sessions.

"Unfortunately we encountered the following error: when uploading participant's results for experiment: [my expeirment's name]. Try to run the experiment again. If the error persists, contact the experiment designer."

I have checked the database, indeed I couldn’t find this subject’s result.

This is very concerning as we are running a longitudinal study and each experiment takes more than 40 minutes. Unfortunately I couldn’t debug it as it didn’t happen on my device. Could the Pavlovia team help me to solve this?

Has this only happened once? Out of how many participants? Did the participant tell you anything about their device and browser?

Are you using code_JS from my crib sheet? There was an error (now corrected) in .toUpperCase which caused problems with saving data.

Best wishes,

Wakefield
