I found the solution. I copied all of the files form psychopy github"\psychopy-release\psychopy\iohub\devices\eyetracker\hw\pupil_labs\pupil_core" into the “C:\Program Files\PsychoPy\Lib\site-packages\psychopy\iohub\devices\eyetracker\hw\pupil_labs\pupil_core”
