Errno 28 during online experiment

Hello everybody!

After my third participant finished my study, he got an error:
- when uploading participant´s results for experiment
- when saving data from a previously opened session on the server
- unable to save data to file: [Errno 28] No space left on device (this is written in bold type)

Can anybody help me fixing this error?

Hi Sandra, yes, we hit a space problem yesterday but that was resolved as far as we’re aware. Things should be working again and we’re sorry for that temporary blip

Is there a way to get the data back or are they already deleted?

I’m afraid that data created while this problem existed were never saved anywhere and are lost.
