Credit not released when the participant opens the URL and presses 'cancel'

Hello @Freyja_Cornelius,

Could you tell me to which experiment you are referring? Credits are automatically freed after 24h even if the participants did not cancel the experiment or closed the browser tab. I cannot find any issue on the system at the moment.

Hi again

I get a lot of messages from people telling me they can’t run the experiment because there’s not enough credits. I can see that there is 80 credits reserved and only 4 consumed. Can you help releasing the credits please?
