Hi, I have a problem with the credits that are assigned to my experiment. I assigned 26 credits, and although 21 credits were consumed and 5 credits were not consumed (ı select don’t save incomplete results), there is no available credits to run the experiment. I attached the screenshot of the experiment screen. How can I fix this problem?
Reserved credits are normally released after 24 hours, IIRC. Please check again tomorrow.
If you need the credits today then you can release reserved credits. However, you will lose data from anyone who has started but not yet completed your study.
