It looks like the error might have occurred because more participants tried to access the task than there were available ‘slots’ on the Shelf record. e.g. in group A there are 24 reserved and 63 completed entries. Just to check - do you have data for those 63 that were marked as complete in that group?
One setting that I see recently became possible on Prolific is you can limit the number of participants that can simultaneously access your study at once - could I ask if you put a limit on the number of participants that could simultaneously enter a study?
This is an error that we have seen reported by other users so we are trying to pinpoint the settings that lead to the error. Thank you for sharing your issue here!
