Description of the problem:

Hello!
I have encountered a rather magical problem, when the participant is trying to open the link of the experiment, the website is showing 404 mistake. When I try to open the experiment from different laptop, the link works, I have tried to open it in different browsers, so far, everything works ok.
I have uploaded the experiment about a month ago, and there was no such problem. And since last week, already two participants reported the above-mentioned problem.

Do you have any idea of how this can be fixed?

I can think of two explanations:

  1. Some kind of network outage or firewall.

  2. They used a malformed link.
