Hello! I am trying to take my experiment online, i have a pavlovia account, but I keep getting this error message. It happens on every laptop I use so I know its not a laptop issue, but I’m not sure how to fix it and get my experiment live and online. Thanks for the help!

I’m pretty new to PsychoPy, why would it be a nuclear option? I’ll try it out when im home!
update: i dont see that option, is there anything else i can try? It wont open up file explorer, unless I’m doing something wrong
File explorer isn’t part of PsychoPy.
Are you on a Mac? Maybe try Finder to look for users.json
update, it finally worked but now when I try to send the program online it goes to a “404, page not found” link and on pavlovia it wont let me switch the experiment from inactive to active!
