Use slider for rating: results not saving in the .csv file

Description of the problem: I have ratings at the end of each trial but the results are not saved at all. I use builder and I do click on ‘store rating’, ‘store rating time’ within the slider component. Does anyone know why?

My project is indeed still under pilot status now since it’s not ready for publishing online yet. Is this an issue?

It just means that we cannot view the content of your gitlab project (it is useful for us to download your repo to try and fix the problem).

Are you able to make your project public for the purposes of debugging? otherwise you could try adding us to your project as a member.

I just had a run of your task, and the data seem to be saving to me? you have the columns
GOOD_rate.response which gives where on the slider your response was.

Please could you clarify why this data was not as you expected?
