Use credits after payments

Hi all,
I’m a beginner at this PsychoPy and Pavlovia things and surely I wanna ask about this basic question (actually). I wonder how long I can directly use the credits after I doing the payments with my Credit Card account? It takes longer than one week or less than that?

I’m reviving this topic because I have the same basic question, but unfortunately, I haven’t found a clear answer here or elsewhere.

  1. I’ve purchased credits to run my experiment, but I’m still unclear about how the “running mode” works, even after reading the explanation provided in this Pavlovia link. Specifically, what do “Assigned” and “Available” mean? I was planning to leave the slider at 0, but I’m not sure if that’s correct.

To run an experiment with credits you need to assign some to that particular experiment.

You have 300 available in your account but this experiment has none. Drag the blue circle to the right and then click on update.
