Unknown JavaScript error when running experiment?

Description of the problem:

My dissertation study runs perfectly in runner, but when I try to run it online through Pavlovia I just get a message saying “Unknown JavaScript error”. I have absolutely no coding experience and no help from my university due to being on lockdown, I can only talk to them through email. Please help me!

Hello,

you need to give access to your gitlab-project (url and making it public). Your experiment is set to inactive. Nobody can run it.
