I am looking at implementing a research participation scheme at my institution. Part of this requires students to complete research studies and then evidence their participation. Can anyone please advise me how I can implement an automatic unique participant completion ID that is presented to them in their debrief form?

Lots of universities use Sona Systems for participation credits.
You can use one of my websites to generate a unique(ish) code for each email address – however this is anonymous and can only be seen by the participant (since it gets emailed to them). https://moryscarter.com/vespr/id.php
The VESPR Study portal allows participants to anonymously send their email address to the researcher at debrief (anonymous because the participant ID isn’t included).
