The quality of recorded (sound) responses are bad

Dear,
As the topic shown, the quality of recorded sound responses are bad. I can hear the response, but it has a few silent parts.

Is the problem related to the PsychoPy itself to other things related the PC?

Have you tried recording with other software, to see if the issue is due to the hardware/physical setup?

I tried the sound recorder in the computer and the quality was the same but the issue of silent parts disappeared.
