Dear Psychopy community,
I am currently working on an online experiment that requires recording the participant’s voice. Unfortunately, the resulting audio track quality is not good, and I am facing the same issue when trying to upload another audio file in formats like .mp3.
I have tried several ways to improve the quality of the audio track, but none of them seem to work. I have also checked the forum and the documentation, but I couldn’t find a solution to this issue.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem before? Any suggestions on how to improve the audio quality or upload audio files successfully?
