Synchronization with GitHub

Hello,
I am having a lot of synchronization problems.

First, when I try to sync my new changes, they are not always implemented. It usually takes 10 sec before they are updated online (but it can be even more, 5 min). The annoying thing is that there is no way to know when my changes are accepted or not -.-

Second, when I stop working on the project and rework on it the day after, no synchhappens anymore. In the case, my best strategy is to delete html folder, the project, and create a new one.

By looking at the forum it seems this problem is a common one (and it may be related to the server).
My question is: Is there a command on the terminal that we can easily use to push our changes on Pavlovia through GitHub? Maybe in this case the push would actually be more effective?

Thanks

Mauro
