I tried both. Unfortunately, none of them works. I changed my pavlovia username from ‘Weifan’ to ‘Weiwei’ around Dec 2025. And now I will encounter this error message everytime I log into Pavlovia. I wonder if this is related to my issue on Psychopy. [image]

You could try changing your username back. Username changes don’t work very well.

Okay. It does work after I change my username back…

Have you changed email address?

You could try logging in with your email address instead of your username.

Also, you could try deleting users.json
