Description of the problem: I am trying to run an experiment created in the builder view online. However, it gets stuck on the initialising the experiment page forever, and I do not know what the problem is. It would be great if anyone could help with this. That looks like a problem in generating the HTML/JS code that we were having some time ago (the code was exported using version 3.0.3). Could you update your installation to 3.1.2 and try again?
Thank you so much, Jon. It runs now, but I’ve got other problems. The first thing that would appear on screen after the session and participant number box is an instruction page, and participants have to press the spacebar to proceed. The screen is only showing bits of the full instruction page and pressing the spacebar leads to an error message: TypeError: this._howl.loop is not a function.
I wonder what is causing this, as it seems to run fine in the offline PsychoPy.
