Running the experiment without the internet

Hello!
I have been having issue with running the experiment without the internet. Asking the code to open the csv file that contain all of the file paths for images and show images on the screen.
I recieved this error.

I’m not sure why you think this error message is related to the Internet. Your first column in your CSV is called BarLeft
