Register to Pavlovia : Email domain not authorized

Hello everyone

I have a problem registering on the Plavovia platform. I am trying to register with my institutional email address, but it does not work. The following error message is displayed: “1 error prohibited this user from being saved: Email domain is not authorized for sign-up”.

My institution is “Université de Bordeaux”, a French university. The email addresses linked to this establishment are in the form “firstname.lastname@u-bordeaux.fr” for teachers and “firstname.lastname@etu.u-bordeaux.fr” for students. I tried to fill out the form used to authorize a specific domain twice but I have not received any feedback… So I am wondering how to create an account?

I need to use Pavlovia as part of my second year master’s internship. I have to administer a test that I developed with Psychopy, as part of a study that should then be published.

Hello!

I have the exact same problem. I am doing an internship for the second year of a Master’s degree and I come from the same university, but I have 2 surnames so, in my case, my institutional email address is in this form: name.firstsurname-secondsurname@etu.u-bordeaux.fr. Could you allow this as well?
