I have a problem registering on the Plavovia platform. I am trying to register with my institutional email address, but it does not work. The following error message is displayed: “1 error prohibited this user from being saved: Email domain is not authorized for sign-up”.
My institution is “Université de Bordeaux”, a French university. The email addresses linked to this establishment are in the form “firstname.lastname@u-bordeaux.fr ” for teachers and “firstname.lastname@etu.u-bo…
For further details: My institution is the SRH University Heidelberg and we are already whitelisted.
The format of the mail-adress is firstname.lastname@stud.hochschule-heidelberg.de . Alternatively it is registrationnumber@stud.hochschule-heidelberg. de
I have already filled out the whitelist request, furthermore my personal address should be the same one which is linked to this account.
