Reaction time in the reading experiment

Hi every Body
I have a problem in the output of my reaction time exepriment…some of the times in Excell file are in decimal kind…i dont know really why! For example:0.912777 how can i compute them? Is the default time in ms?

All of the reaction times should be decimal values (in seconds). i.e. 0.912777 s is equivalent to 912.777 ms
