Cannot Get Reaction Times to Excel File

Hello everyone,

I am trying to prepare an experiment about recording people’s reaction times to movies.

I can record instructions screen’s reaction times but i am having troubles of getting the reaction time to movies.

Is there any way to get the reaction times of the participants to the movies?

What have you tried?

Does the participant respond after the movie or during it?

I am trying to run a audio-visual experiment. Once participants hear the sound of the movie they should press a button as soon as possible.

I can run the videos randomly but cant get the reaction times on excel file.

How long is the movie? They currently only have 1.4 seconds to respond. Try giving longer. Is the keyboard response supposed to end the routine?

Movies themselves are 0.4 seconds.

But i somehow made it work by limiting the duration of the video 0.4 instead of leaving duration box blank.
