PsychoPy builder do not start (possible import error)

I’m new to the forum and not sure if it would have been better to post my question under a similar topic started by agleontyev (Windows 10 psychopy builder doesn't start). Let me know if that is the case and I am happy to move it there (if that’s possible).

OS : Win 10
PsychoPy version : 2020.2.5 (64bit)
Standard Standalone? (y/n) If not then what?: y
What are you trying to achieve?: I tried to run PsychoPy Standalone (2020.2.5 (64) and was not able to start it (nothing came up - no splashing windows or anything). Previously used Standalone v 3-3.0.7 (64)

What did you try to make it work?: I tried to open it from the Command Prompt

What specifically went wrong when you tried that?:
I pasted this to my cmd: “C:\Program Files\PsychoPy3\python.exe” -m psychopy.app.psychopyApp

This is the error message I got:

I’m not sure if I decipher it correctly but it seems to me that there is an issue with ft2font module on my machine. Do you think that re-installing some of the modules with pip (e.g. matplotlib) would be worth a try?

Re-installing matplotlib module solved the issue
