I am having trouble sharing with a colleague the surveys I created on pavlovia. When I try to share, it does not recognize his username. We already checked, and both our emails are verified. I also tried to share with Wake, and it didn’t recognize the username either… Is there something wrong with my account? Does anyone know how I could solve this?

Is the survey new or old? Can your colleague create a survey and share it with you?

The surveys I want to share are a month old. He didn’t try to share any survey with me yet, but he was able to share an experiment with me with no problem.
Please could you try creating a new survey and sharing that survey with me? If that works, please post relevant screenshots of your attempt to share one of your critical surveys with me (preferably one that you’ve only previously tried to share with your colleague)?

Thanks for pointing to the flag to visualize the shared surveys, I didn’t notice before, and now we find the surveys we shared each other. These are now listed also with all the surveys shared with all the designers (in other words public surveys), is it an expected behavior?
I would expect to see just a list of the personally shared surveys, and the public surveys instead, in the “explore” tab for example. More consistent with the “Experiment” tab in which we see the owned and personally shared experiments, but not all the public experiments

I’m glad you’ve found the surveys. There is an outstanding feature request for an additional option of “shared with me”, so hopefully this will happen eventually.
